Our Buildings

Our buildings are in a quiet neighbourhood, with quick access to major highways. The #24 Transit route stops in both directions just outside on our street. Our bright and spacious apartments are conveniently located and affordably priced with heat and hot water included. Our buildings also have onsite building managers who are here to address your concerns and to conduct various building maintenance as needed. All units have a neutral coloured decor and include a fridge and stove. Most of our units also include a dishwasher and balcony. The onsite laundry is coin-operated with well maintained machines and very clean laundry areas. Our building has one tenant parking spot per rental unit included. Three of our four buildings have an elevator. Stanley Park also has a partnership with Bell Aliant, where you can receive Fibe at a great price! Our Community

All Stanley Park apartment buildings are within walking distance to Tim Horton's, Chebucto Heights Elementary School and local walking trails, with access to Withrod Lake. Our location is just a short 5-10 minute drive to supermarkets, drug stores and retail shopping in Bayer’s Lake Business Park and other commercial districts. Located off Dunbrack Street, there is quick access to major highways, and downtown Halifax is just 20 minutes away.
